Sprouting beans is very simple and very inexpensive to DIY. It’s just a matter of patience and timing to get to a wholesome meal.
Once I can get pictures on here I will. But the steps are easy. If it ain’t easy, I don’t do it.
Put beans in jar and soak with chlorine free water overnight. Only fill the jar about 1/3 to half way because you want there to be enough air so the beans don’t mold.
In the morning, pour out water and rinse beans. Leave jar tipped on its side with an airflow lid and so the water can drain.
Repeat step 2, 2-3x until beans sprout.
That’s it. It’s really that simple. The main key with sprouting is planning. You need to have a clean environment so mold isn’t introduced.
